Use of the AmmoSteals website institutes an agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition from our site. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws. We have a $10,000 limit for retail customers, anything above this limit please contact (888) 509-1485 and you will be required to submit supporting documentation.
AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- There are no state or local law or ordinance that prohibits me from purchasing ammunition from this website.
CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS
We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed, cancelled, etc. If the order has not shipped, then you can reach out to us at info@ammosteals.com and we will do our best to help you. Most orders will need to be cancelled and a refund issued, less a $10 service fee. At that time, you can then place the new order online. We cannot place or change orders internally for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged during transactions.
RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

Any order that surpasses 21 days without receipt of requested documents will be canceled, and funds returned minus the 15% restocking fee
ORDER FULLFILMENT
All orders are shipped promptly within 3 – 5 business days using UPS or FedEx. Tracking numbers are available. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 and international. If an order is placed outside of the lower 48 it will be cancelled and issued a restocking fee. Billing and shipping address MUST match or order will be flagged as fraud. Orders will then be replaced via gift card to place the order correctly.
INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND
I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release AmmoSteals.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase.
I fully agree that by placing my order, I release AmmoSteals from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from AmmoSteals , including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release AmmoSteals and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from AmmoSteals.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.
